THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed to-day: The indications are for variable and strong breezes, hut northerly, strong to gale at times, and backing by west to south; expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts; rain probable; the barometer has a falling tendency, but rising after about 10 bonify; sea considerable; tides moderate.
