A BOOMERANG
COMMUNIST’S LETTER.
AROUSES FIRM OPPOSITION
ZINOVIEFF’S TACTICS. ' BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Nov. 15, 11.20 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 14. The Times’ Riga says the result of the British elections disturbed the inner harmony of the Russian Communist Party. Opposition has become noisier, and even Communists occupying responsible diplomatic positions openly a'fow their disagreement with the tactics at present being pursued, especially in relation to foreign countries. They particularly denounce Zinovieff’s recent calls for armed risings abroad, which seemed suitable when Europe was on the brink of a general revolution. Now they assert that such methods would merely thwart their diplomatic efforts, but Zinovieff resolutely refuses to alter his tactics, and hits out right and left at his opponents, whose ranks are increasing now more than , ever. The correspondent declares that Zinovieff in the cause of _ Communism requires intensified military agitation abroad.
