NEW ORGANISATION. , (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION-' ' CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 14. At a,, meeting of representatives of associations last night it was decided to form a Federation of South Island Agricultural and Pastoral Associations, though some of those present contended that the Royal Society could carry out everything the federation had included m its objects.
