GOVERNOR’S DECISION. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Nov. 14, 11.45 a.m MELBOURNE, Nov. 14. The Governor refused Mr. Prendergast’s request to dissolve Parliament, and the Ministry has resigned. The Governor afterwards received separately Messrs Allan and Peacock. Mr. Allan was summoned to a further meeting this morning,, at which it is expected he ‘ will be given a commission to form a Ministry from the Country Party, Nationalists and Liberals. The new Ministry will be sworn, in this morning and Parliament will meet on Tuesday.
