The Government Meteorologist telegraphed that for the twenty-four hours from 9 a.m. to-day the indications are for northerly winds, .mpderate to strong and freshening. Expect warm and humid conditions; weather cloudy to overcast. Barometer falling. Sea and tides moderate.
