FLOODS IN NFAY SOUTH WALES. BY CABLE—PREBB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT ’ . . ' SYDNEY, Nov. 8. Rain continued overnight and caused serious floods, many narrow escapes being recorded. Torrential rains yesterday covered portions of the‘wheat area, where the crops were and serious damage to grain is anticipated. Bathurst and Duhbo report that the lower portions of those towns 'are under water. Rivers are rising rapidly in many places.
