(>, Mr Bruce has announced his plans and specifications lot- the construction of two modern light cruisers for the Australian Navy, for which tenders will he called in Australia, it is expected, within a few weeks. Although tenders are being called here, it is not expected that the result will enable the Government to have their construction carried out locally.
