BIG LOAN CARRIED. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATIONGISBORNE, Nov. 5. The Coqk County Council took a poll to-day on a proposal to borrow £153,000 for the reconstruction of roads. The result was an overwhelming majority for the proposal, the figures being: For 1016, against 181.
