HOLD A SMOKE CONCERT. APPEARANCE IN PLUS FOURS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCTATTON—COPYRIGHT ' LONDON, Nov. 4. The girl students at Cardiff College arranged a smoke night, the attendance being limited to girls over 64 inches in height. Male attire was compulsory. Most chose ordinary lounge suits, and some appeared in hi’eeches and others in plus fours. The evening closed with a mock production of the film “Why Boys Leave Home.’’
