A GOOD DIVIDEND. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, Nov. 4. The directors of the National Insurance Co; declared a dividend of 2s per share, which, with the interim dividend of Is 3d paid in May, makes a dividend of 3s 3d for the year. LORD JELLICOE. PALMERSTON N., Nov. 4. The Governor-General arrives tomorrow to lay the foundation stone of the Soldiers’ War Memorial, and opens the show officially next day. He visits Flock House, and later will he farewelled by the residents of Palmerston North.
