NONCONFORMIST MINISTERS. V INVITED TO CATHEDRAL. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Nov. 3, 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 2. The Bishop of Liverpool in the final consecration service announced that the new'cathedral will be open to all men with goodwill; Special days will he set apart whereon Nonconformist ministers may occupy the pulpit. Diocesan clergy will be invited to bring their own parishioners to conduct the services, thus linking up parochial with cathedral, life.
