GIRL AND A BICYCLE. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND. Oct, 30. At the Supreme Court Emily Boiver was found not guilty of the theft of a bicycle at Whangarei, and an alternative charge of receiving was also dismissed. Accused had purchased a bicycle from informants and the case hinged on Avhethe,r the machine in question Avas that one or one that AAas stolen.
