PARTIES BY EVERY BOAT. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATIONWELLINGTON, Oct. ,30. At the Farmers’ Union executive meeting Mr. H. D. Thompson (Undersecretary to the Immigration Depa'rtment) said that the juvenile immigration scheme had made fair progress. The public school system was now in full swing, and he anticipated that in future parties of 20 and 30 boys would be coming out by every boat.
