— * DELEGATION TO INVESTIGATE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Oct. 30, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct*. 29. The Central News states that Mr Purcelle, M.P., heads a trade union delegation leaving for Moscow on November 7 to investigate the Zinovieff CHRISTIANIA, Oct. 29. A newspaper states that during a general strike six months ago the Moscow Soviet executive sent a letter to the Norwegian Communist headquarters couched in terms almost identical with Zinovieff’s letter.
