ZAGHLTJL GOING HOME. ■ ■ . LONDON, Oct. 4. The third and final meeting between the British and Egyptian Prime Ministers .lasted two- and a half hours. An official communique states that Zaghlul Pasha is returning to Egypt on account of the inclement weather, but it is silent regarding any result of the meetings.
