NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOUR.
BILL IN LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL. (by TELEGRAPH PRVSS ASSOCIATION. mi WELLINGTON, Oct. 21. The New Plymouth Harbour Board Empowering Bill, which seeks power to raise £600,000 for improvements at the port, was introduced from the House of Representatives and read a first time in the Legislative Council this afternoon, being then referred to the Local Bills Committee.
