TROUBLE IN THE PHILIPPINES. BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 21, 10.15 a.m. MANILA, Oet. 20. One Chinese was killed and two policeman and thirteen Chinese seriously wounded in the anti-Chinese rioting during the week-end. Five hundred police and reserves are on duty. The.trouble is believed to he now under control. Similar rioting is taking place on the outskirts of Manila. No reports from provinces.
