* CLEMENCEATI’S OFFER, BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 20, 1.40 p.m. PARTS, Oct. 19. M. Clemenceau, when he signed the Versailles Treaty, wore a ring with which Jules Fayre sealed the FrancoPrussian armistice in 1871. M. Clemenceau is offering the ring to the Versailles Museum.
