NEWLY-BORN CHILD FOUND DEAD, (BY TELEGEAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ? DUNEDIN, Oct. 18. On Thursday -afternoon a woman employed at an hotel was taken suddenly ill and removed to hospital. Subsequently, in view of suspicious circumstances a search was made of her room and the dead body of a newly-born child was found in a drawer. The woman’s condition is not thought to be critical.
