LATEST AVIATION PROPOSAL. SMALL, LOW-POWERED MACHINES. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Oct. 17, 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 16. Air yachting is the latest aviation proposal. Captain Williams, the pioneer of small airships, is experimenting with a light ’plane engine attached to a “Blimp.” He promises the craft will fly at 30 miles per hour, rise and descend on a tennis court, and carry two passengers.
