VISIT TARANAKI TO-MORROW. (Bv Telegraph—Special to Star.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 15. Sir Sam Fay and Sir Vincent Raven, Railway Commissioners, visit New Plymouth on October 16 early in the morning, and will leave there at 11 o’clock for Stratford, Toko, and Hawera. They will arrive at Wanganui at about 5.30 p.m., leaving at 7 p.m. for Auckland. VISIT TO PALMERSTON. PALMERSTON N., Oct. 15. Sir Sam Fay and Sir Vincent Raven.' with other members of the Railway Commission and a number of leading railway officials, headed by Mr McVilly, paid a brief visit to Palmerston this morning, en route for Napier. The party inspected the yards and goods sheds. A "return visit is expected next week. '
