WOMEN’S DRESS.
ACTION IN WARSAW. A DRASTIC EDICT. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. WARSAW, Oct. 12. A number, of parliamentarians, backed by Catholic, Protestant and Jewish clergy, are promoting a Bill to prohibit the wearing, or display in shops, of low-necked sleeveless dresses which outline the figure. Women attired in the height of the present fashion have already been forbidden to enter a church or synagogue.
