WEMBLEY EXHIBITION.
MATTER OF CONTINUANCE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, Oct. 10. The Daily Express announces, on the aiithority of Mr W. Limn • (Secretary of the Department of Overseas Trade), that the Wembley Exhibition Avill continue in 1925 on a modified scale. It appears that, since Mr Thomas’ return from South Africa, a sub-committee has been considering eA'ery phase, and it arrived at. the decision indicated. Mr Thomas fought, hard for continuance, on the ground.of the exhibition’s educative and Imperial A r alue. A number of the Dominions are reported to have reconsidered their decision to withdraw since the investigation Avas begun, AA'hile eA'idenee is aA'ailable that, the places of AvitlidraAA'ing exhibitors Avill be readily taken up.
