COMPANY FINED £25. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION ) , TIMARU, Oct. 9. Magistrate's Court to-dav ( he ru P l- operty Company was and costs for failing to rentier land tax returns. No returns had been sent in for four years and the company had land to the unimproved value of over £9OOO. The Magistrate characterised the case as one" of persistent negligence.
