INFORMANT’S' OFFER, BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 9. 12.15 o.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 9. Croplev, in a letter to the Premier, expressed his readiness to give evidence before a Royal Commission. [Cropley alleged that he had been approached and asked to give £IOOO in bribes in order to get £14,000 instead of £12,000 for his city leases i from Sydney City Council.]
