THE WRIGHT CASE.
MOTION FOll A NONSUIT. (UY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) CHRISTCHURCH.. Oct, 8. The Wright estate case was continued this morning. Counsel for the defence moved for a nonsuit against the defendant Douglas Wright., on the round that there was no evidence that he either controlled the trustees or "was constructive trustee. Legal argument will he heard later.
