REACTIONARIES’ ACTIONS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Oct. 7, 1.30 a.m. TOKIO, Oct. 6. three members of the reactionary society forcibly entered the Foreign Office for a demonstration against the Japanese policy towards China, distributing handbills setting forth their views regarding the country’s proper policy. They entered the Minister’s room, which was empty, and encounterother officials, who were roughly treated. The ruffians were finally arrested. —Reuter.
