The Assembl v put the seal on an historic episode by unanimously adopting a series of resolutions formally launching the protocol and urging members to support the disarmament proposal. Thirt v-seven States voted, and there weie no abstentions. ROME, October 2. Mussolini communicated to the League Italy’s ratification.
