MILKMAN’S RECORD. (KY TEI/FORAPTI PRESS ASSOCIATION 1 CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 2. Robert Boswell, a dairy farmer, was fined £5 on a charge of selling milk containing thirty-one per cent, of added water, which the- magistrate said was almost a record. It was a horrid kind of fraud.
