SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27. The Government Meteorologist telegraphed that for the 24 hours' Trom 9 a.m. to-day the indications are for westerly winds moderate to strong and backing by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain is probable. The barometer has a rising tendency) Seas considerable. Tides good.
