The Church of Scotland ministry is alarmed at .the effects, of broadcasting church services, which they regard as another temptation to church-goers to find an excuse to absent themselves from services. The Presbytery of Glasgow is considering a proposal forbidding a minister broadcasting Sunday services on the ground that the practice is detrimental to corporate worship.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
