ALLEGED DISHONESTY. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOC!ATTON—COPYRIGHT SYDNEY, Sept. 18. In the Assembly, Mr. Ley sprang a surprise by moving a motion of want of confidence in the Government in connection with recent contracts. In his speech he referred to dishonest administration regarding the contracts. On the motion of the Premier, the House immediately adjourned till Tuesday. Received Sept. 19, 10.15 a.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 19. In the Assembly Mr. Lang moved the want of confidence motion, not Mr. Lev.
