Receivde Sept. 17, 12.5 p.m GENEVA, Sept. 16. The Anglo-French delegations have agreed to the terms of the protocol as regards the application of penalties for breaches of the covenant of the League. The outstanding points were referred to London for approval. The terms of the protocol were considered to-day by a sub-committee, to Avhieli the-chairman explained the views of the delegation.—Reuter.
