CHARGES OF BREAKING AND
ENTERING
(BY TELEGRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 AUCKLAND, Sept. 16. Four youths, aged sixteen, appeared at the Police Court to-day, one on a charge of breaking and. entering with intent to commit a crime, and The others on charges of breaking and entering. All were remanded till September 25. The arrests were a sequel to an incident in Durham Street last night. It is stated that a detective, with the proprietor of tea-rooms, concealed himself inside the premises, while another detective waited outside. After a few minutes four youths were surprised, three inside the building and one outside underneath a window. One youth was arrested after a struggle, but the others got away Tjre suspects were arrested this morning.
