FAREWELL VISTT TO WANGANUI
(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WANGANUI, Sept. 15. In .connection with the Vice-Regal party’s visit this morning, Mr W. 'll. Tuck handed over the deeds of the Plunket Society’s rooms purchased by him and given to the society as a gift from him to 'Lady Jellicee, who in turn presented them to the society. She .also unveiled a brass tablet, and presented a number of St. John Ambulance certificates.
Lord Jell icce was entertained by the Rcta.rv Club at lunch this afternoon. Their Excellencies were tendered an official farewell, a guard of honour being furnished by the local companies of. the first battalion cf the Wellington West Coast Regiment, Afterwards their Excellencies left for New Plymouth j
