BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT , . ROME, Sept. 12. Instead of Martin Fusco' appearing his laAvyer explained to officials that Fusco has left Naples; and was returning next week. The officials warned the laAvyer of the, consequences ,of nonappearance.
Received Sept. J 5, 8.5 a.m. ROME, Sept. 14. A telegram from Naples says that Dr. Martin Fusco has notified the prefect of police that he will present himself on Monday to explain the dis-' covery of Livy’s books.—Reuter.
