A collision occurred between two launches, according to the Navy Department, at the entrance to Yokosuka harbour, while more than 100 men were being transferred to the flagship Nagato from shore 'leave. A heavy lam was falling, and the flagship’s launch collided with the torpedo boat’s launch, and sank immediately. There are no details at present, but it is believed that between 10 and 20 men were drowned.— Reuter
