BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT HALIFAX, Sept. 3. The United States globe fliers have arrived at Picton from Hawke’s Bay. The city was gaily decorated in their honour, and Federal and civic officials tendered them a formal welcome. Whistles shrieked and bells rang as the aviators landed on the harbour.
