Received Sept. 1, 11.5 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 31. • The White Star cargo vessel Bardic went ashore in a fog off Lizard this morning while proceeding to London, after discharging nart of her cargo at Liverpool The lifeboat took off 80 of the crew, and the captain. Nine others remained aboard with a lifeboat standing by. The ship was grinding heavily, and the stokehold and. engine-room were flooded. The prospect of salvage is considered slight, though the sea is calm.—Reuter. '
