STRATFORD LOAN POLL. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) STRATFORD, Aug. 27. The Stratford Borough Council’s electrical supply poll was taken today for a loan of £25,000, to enable a change over to be made to the standard voltage. ' The voting resulted : For, 241 ; against, 35.
