Received Aug. 28, 9.10 a.m. * , LONDON, Aug. 27. A halt-hourly air ferry is being arranged between Folkestone and Boulogne, 1000-h.p. flying boats carrying twelve passengers and crossing ‘ the Chanel in a quarter of an hour.
