LONDON, Aug. 26. Jim Larkin, the Irish Labour leader, who recently returned from Moscow, told a Dublin audience that he has been given the rank of battalion chief in the Red Army, which would send 2,500,000 men to help the Dublin workers if the necessity arose.
Larkin predicted that Red aeroplanes might soon appear in northern skies and that. England would be ordered to clear out of Ireland.
