THE BRISBANE.
-COMMANDER EXONERATED. if OABLI—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT SYDNEY, Aug. 25. In connection with the stranding of the cruiser Brisbane on a reef near Port Moresby on July 22, a courtmartial considered a charge of negligence or default against the commander, Captain Danby. The question was whether a proper look-out had been kept. The court found the charge not proven and dismissed it.
