LISTENING FOR SIGNALS. *? OABL1 —PRIBB ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT LONDON, Aug. 24. ‘YI nor Marconi, who is spending a ' holiday, in Portugal in his private yacht, declares that he will not listen in for signals from Mars, because he does not believe that the planet is habitable. Scientists ridicule the suggestion that the signals heard are from Mars, and ascribe them to atmospherics.
