THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed that for the twenty-four hours from 9 turn, to-day the indications are for easterly winds .prevailing and backing bv east to north. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. The night will probably he very cold, with frosts inland. Barometer little movement; seas smooth.
