IMPERIAL AFFAIRS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT OTTAWA, Aug. 20. Canada’s relations with the Imperial Government are likely to come before the Dominion Cabinet to-morrow, and on Friday the Hon. P. C. Larkin, Canadian High Commissioner in London, will be present. The Government will obtain first-hand information as regards the conditions! of overseas trade and immigration, and financial problems will be discussed. Canada’s representation at* Washington is again a live issue, and it is believed . that an appointment will be made this fall without fail.
