NAPIEIR,, Aug. 20. -At- the Supreme Court the jury failed to agree in the case in which Charles John Rattray Dunlop and Arthur Swain were charged with breaking and entering a harbour board shed and stealing a cask of whisky valued at £lls. At- the first trial in June the jury
also disagreed? The Crown Prosecutor asked for a new trial at Palmerston North.
