OWNERSHIP OF MILKING PLANT. (by TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 10. A case of great importance to the dairying industry was' heard at the Supreme Court tnis morning, involving the ownership of a. milking plant in a bankrupt estate. The D.O.A. ekiTniecl it as part of the assets, while the mortgagee claimed it as. a fixture to the freehold. The plant in question ivas bolted down to a concrete foundation. On the Chief Justice’s suggestion the case was removed to the. Appeal Court for argument.
