VICE-REGAL.
VISIT TO EAST COAST. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELINGTON, Aug. 18. Their Excellencies have arranged to leave Wellington to-morrow on a visit to Gisborne and Hawke’s Bay. On Wednesday they will attend a gathering of races near Hastings in honour of Sir James Carroll, and on Thursday they will leave Napier by motor for Gisborne, where they will fulfil a variety of engagements on Friday and Saturday. On their return to Napier Their Excellencies have further engagements on the 25th and 26th, a visit to Hastings being included in Tuesday’s programme. His Excellency will return to-' Wellington on August 27 and Her Excellency on the following day, after performiiig the opening ceremony of a new parish hall at Masterton on the 27th. '
