BOMB FROM ’PLANE.
TRIAL OF OFFICER. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received Aug. 13, 11.10 a.m. CAPETOWN, Aug. 12. The trial, on a charge of culpable homicide, of Lieutenant Joubert, whose aeroplane dropped a borrfb on a crowd 'during a military review at Kuruman, resulted in the acquittal of the accused, who was exonerated of all blame. Joubert stated that the bomb dropped accidentally and unknown to him, not as a result of any movement bv him.
